To adjust the volume for Record Devices, first select the item from which you are recording. Then move the sliders accordingly. Configuring the listening experience Use the listening experience screen to setup and adjust the settings for your Playback Devices.
To adjust the audio quality settings and use the graphic equalizer, click the Experience tab in the lower left corner. Figure : Experience tab - desktop computer. To use the Beats Audio settings, place a check in the Beats Audio selection box. Figure : Beats Audio check box. You can adjust the audio clarity for different types of media. To change the settings for Music for example, slide the selectors left or right to adjust for Voice, Surround, Detail, and Bass.
Figure : Audio settings. Select Volume Leveling Low or High to ensure that the loudness of all your music remains constant. Click Reset to return the settings to the factory defaults. To use the graphic equalizer, select the Headphone type, Default, or the Custom setting, and then move the sliders up and down on the equalizer display to adjust the levels.

Configuring the recording experience Use the recording experience options to adjust the settings for line in devices, microphones, and stereo mix. Select the Recording experience tab. Select Noise Cancellation to cancel prevent background noise from being recorded. Select Acoustic Echo Cancellation to remove any audio coming from the speakers. Changing the Advanced Settings Use the features on the Advanced Settings screen to access Windows sound properties, swap the center speaker and subwoofer output, restore all settings to their default value, and enable multi-streaming.

With multi-streaming enabled, you can listen to two different audio sources on two different speaker sets.
